Day 2 of the West Journey

So, the Adventure began on day 2 with a little maintenance on the vehicle. The day was beautiful!
We set out from Bayan Honger at a 11 am. With our new passenger, Marvin, we continued on our way, but we planned to stop early to be able to camp and roast some marshmallows that we brought from the capital city. The kids had a wonderful time bouncing around in the back of our van with all our luggage bouncing along with them!
I'm not sure if Eli remembers much of the trip...he decided the best way to travel to Hovd was by sleeping the whole way! Oh, except for the time that he put a racing stripe down the side of the vehicle by hanging his head out the window and....! He has skills!
The day was beautiful but when we arrived at our final destination the weather had changed for the worst. Our tents were blowing over and it started to rain. Little did we know how this would affect our travels the next day. Unfortunately, we decided not to eat soggy marshmallows....much to the boys dismay!
