We spent our last full day in the US getting some rest and relaxation on Goat Rock Beach in Sonoma County California with a couple good friends. We spent half the time rock climbing and the other half strolling down the rocky coastline. We took a wonderful break to gaze at about one hundred seals basking in the sun and many pelicans swooping by. As we lingered, Larry and our friend, Joshiani, buried the kids in the sand:) What a perfect day of rest before our big trip...We fly out of San Fran at 2pm on Thursday!

Out past those rocks in the distance are the people that you have been preparing to meet for years. Go in peace to Mongolia, and may the restful day at the beach serve as a reminder of the Sabbath rest you live in every day.
