Whirlwind Tour

Thanks so much for your prayers during our crazy and fulfilling journey to see friends and family during our adventure in America!

CALIFORNIA
We were so thankful for our time in California! We were able to see many old friends and meet new friends! We wish we had more time, though, since we only got to see a third of the people we were hoping to connect with. Please forgive us for our lack of time! Our first month in America was such a whirlwind! Next time we are hoping to spend more time in Redding and Santa Rosa. We are so thankful for God's Spirit meeting with us in each moment and granting us many incredible memorable moments in His Presence. Thank you for being a part of our much needed renewal! We feel so encouraged and loved.
CHICAGO
We were blessed to visit Krista's brother and her parents in Chicago for a few days before heading to the Detroit area. We went to the Science museum for some hands-on "home-school" experiences! Home-schooling is going well despite so much traveling. The kids are doing well. Eli often tries to convince mom that he needs a break from school because it is taking away from time with Grandma. Averi is trying to remember her math facts after such a long break. Thanks for praying as we home-school during many transitions!
DETROIT AREA
We were so blessed to have some quality time with Krista's parents including a bonfire, shopping, and movie going! Larry and I also signed up for a month of CrossFit training at a local gym! (Larry is now a Certified CrossFit Trainer after his course in Yosemite). We are really excited to "master" some skills to bring back to Mongolia with us!
CURRENTLY IN BOSTON
We flew to Boston yesterday to spend a week with Krista's brother and his wife and then travel down to Baltimore the end of next week to visit friends and go to the Smithsonian in DC. We are really excited to visit the Aquarium today and eat some clam chowder!!! The kids are enjoying our "Creation Vacation" as we go to many different museums and learn about our Creator and all that He has made!!!
