Wow!!! 2 years ago on July 2nd we Got Eli from Vietnam! This year we invited friends to celebrate with us! Anhoa(our Vietnamese teammate and very good cook!) helped me prepare a genuine Vietnamese meal complete with Lemongrass Beef noodle soup and spring rolls! What a treat!
