HOME SWEET SOUTHERN HOME!
We are finally back in Baton Rouge to stay! We have been doing lots of traveling...Panama City, FL to visit Krista's Grandfather, Orlando to visit Mickey and Krista's family, Indiana to visit Larry's family, Tennessee to visit the C&MA President and C&MA staff in the Southern District, and now back home! We are starting to get our stuff unpacked and doing some ministry in the meantime.
The center's start date is uncertain as the construction is on hold. The hold up is due to needing certain key people to sign off on electric work. The architect has also been in the hospital in a coma due to an anerism of the brain. Please pray for him and his family. God has allowed Randy, the pastor we are working with, to spend time building relationships with his family. God has been reminding us that we need to keep our focus on RELATIONSHIPS rather than on the Project itself. We are learning patience and endurance! Thank you for your prayers. As much as we want to get the building up and running, God's timing is always perfect. Please pray for patience and perseverance and that God would show us how and where to build relationships as we are waiting for everything else to fall into place. Jesus didn't need a building to impact lives!!!! Thank you Lord for being with us and teaching us to be like you!
